Delta Capital & Research
Delta Capital & Research blends Wall Street precision with entrepreneurial vision—across portfolio management, fintek innovation, and healthcare transformation
About Us
Delta Capital & Research (DC&R) represents the family office of Satish Tyagi, operating as DCNR LLC based in Newton MA. We manage a diverse portfolio of public and private assets through our proprietary OmniFolio, and incubate ground-breaking opportunities in fintek and healthcare—industries where we have deep domain expertise and proven track records.
DC&R blends the analytical discipline of Wall Street with the strategic agility of venture capital. Our investment decisions are guided by decades of experience in capital markets and technology innovation.
We don’t just invest in sectors. We invest in transformations.

With regard to public investments, DC&R follows a proprietary asset allocation model, honed over years of experience on the buy- and sell-side on Wall Street. We are always on the lookout for smart investment ideas, with a focus on sector ETFs and income generation, and are receptive to alt assets and other opportunities beyond core equity and fixed income products. Individual stock selection is focused on the health care industry, leveraging our domain expertise.
On the private side, DC&R has a long history of seed/VC-backed startups, and PE companies with multiple successful exits (recently GetixHealth, link a medical billing company, backed originally as a spinoff from Xerox). Startup investment opportunities are assessed for breakthrough product potential in brand-new markets, and for substantial customer value-add and financial discipline in mature company candidates. DC&R’s LP participation in a network of well-established VC and PE groups also generates deal sourcing and exit opportunities. Along with providing ongoing access to market intelligence, management talent, and top-quartile financial returns.

Fintek
There is a paucity of smart tools offering multiple-account aggregation, consolidation and actionable analytics for family portfolios, beyond simplistic 60:40 allocation models and retirement runway analyses. Tackling this market opportunity, we have incubated FinDosh, as a fintek startup. Generalizing from DC&R’s specific OmniFolio needs, we have developed IT/AI solutions for self-directed HNW families and smaller family offices.
FinDosh’s TrueNorth portfolio management SaaS app incorporates years of investment strategies deployed in the DC&R OmniFolio and state-of-the-art methodologies typically available only for multi-million portfolios. Our goal is to empower HNW families to execute self-directed scenario planning and optimize risk management across their entire universe of financial assets. We are actively engaged in partnering with RIAs and other finteks as we build a low-cost deep featured solution.

Healthcare
DC&R’s activity is built on Satish’s multi-decade career in the health care industry, first in management consultancy (with The Sage Group) and then on Wall Street (with Jefferies and Cowen). As an investment banker and research analyst, he was credited with defining the Health Information Technology (HIT) sector in the 1990s. Subsequently Satish was Venture Partner with Schroder Venture’s US healthcare team, that invested over $500 million and generated significant IRR during the 2000 decade.
In his healthcare career, Satish has served on several private/public Boards including, currently, Berkeley-based Cogitativo Inc. The company delivers AI solutions for the Veterans Administration and other leading healthcare insurers that manage large populations.
Our Core Pillars

At DC&R, our work is grounded in deep expertise and a long-term perspective across three key domains: asset management, financial technology, and healthcare. Each pillar reflects our commitment to disciplined investing, meaningful innovation, and industry leadership—shaped by decades of experience on Wall Street and in venture ecosystems.

Vikas Tyagi
I’m Vikas, Co-Founder of Findosh, based out of New Delhi. I lead the tech stack end-to-end and stay deeply involved in the business side— whether that’s shaping product, managing ops, or opening new growth opportunities.
Before Findosh, I spent years working with and supporting start-ups across Fintech, IoT, E-Commerce, and DTC. I enjoy getting my hands dirty—building, fixing, scaling—and I naturally gravitate toward teams solving real-world problems with technology. I began my career as a management consultant with EY and KPMG, where I worked closely with government organizations in the Power Sector and Urban Planning. Most of my work involved improving operational efficiency and helping public-sector institutions rethink how they operate at scale.
I studied Mechanical Engineering at Northeastern University and later earned my MBA from IE University in Madrid.
